Jnyaneshwar Prabhu, President & CEO

Jnyaneshwar has over 18 years of experience, having held various Senior management, Business development, and Engineering positions at many private & public companies including Weitek Corporation, Synopsys, Aristo Technology, and Simplex Solutions. He is the founding CEO of iMiners, a financial services company delivering innovative solutions for public relations, investor relations, and the investment community. Prior to iMiners, he was Group Director at Cadence Design Systems (CDNS). He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology and a MS in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University, and holds two U.S. patents.

Avinash Mathur, VP Engineering

Avinash has over 15 years experience in leading both start-ups and large corporations in major technology and business initiatives from inception to implementation. Prior to EZ*TradeZ, he was the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Union Bank of California where he helped re-engineer and outsource business processes and technology projects. He has served as  the Head of Applications Development at the Pacific Exchange (now NYSE). At the Exchange, he had direct responsibility for launching "PCX Plus", an initiative that transformed the options exchange from a floor-based to a remotely accessible entity. He was VP Engineering at eRide and CTO for eFrontiers. He has held senior positions at Barclays Global Investors where his responsibility encompassed all technology initiatives for equity, fixed-income, currency and derivative products.

Tom Keyes, Compliance Officer

Tom has extensive experience in forming, managing and consulting with broker dealers, and interacting with US, India, and international regulators. He has been a chief compliance officer, writer and educator for the past 35 years. Recently he helped analyze the securities industry in India and interfaced with SEBI, Ministry of Finance, Exchange members and securities distributors. He also founded and managed Security Schools, Inc., that has trained thousands of registered principals, representatives and other sales personnel. Mr. Keyes received a BS in Business from Marquette, and a Masters in Business Law and a JD from the Butler School of Law. He holds Series 24, 7 and 63 licenses.
